RC Offroad Park Kaprun – Rules and Regulations
By entering RC Offroad Park Kaprun (hereinafter referred to as “the Park”), you agree to the
following rules:
- Entry into the Park is at your own risk.
- Please be aware that the Park is built using various natural materials. Some stones may have
sharp edges, and wooden structures may contain splinters or chips. - The ground in the Park is uneven. Please wear appropriate footwear (no slippers or sandals).
- Animals are not allowed in the Park.
- Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited in the Park.
- Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted in the Park.
- Entry is allowed only with an RC car rented from us or with your own RC car, after paying the
entry fee. Private RC cars must not exceed a 1/10 scale. Access is only permitted during
opening hours. - Once your session ends, please return the RC car to the front desk. You may rent it again if
you wish. - Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- A maximum of two adults, or two children with one adult, is allowed per car.
- Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the Park.
- Manipulating or altering tracks or obstacles in any way is strictly prohibited.
- Walking, jumping, or sitting on any track or obstacle is not allowed.
- Any human movement on stone, concrete, rubber, or wooden tracks or obstacles is
prohibited. - Do not cross or jump over any obstacles—please walk around them.
- The two mountain sections can only be accessed via the designated walking trail.
- Follow all signs on the tracks, including “No Foot Traffic,” “One-Way Drive,” etc.
- Crawler cars may only be used in the crawler section on designated tracks.
- Race cars may only be used in the race section on dedicated racing tracks.
- Intentionally crashing RC cars into each other is strictly prohibited.
- On racing tracks, you may only enter the track if all cars on that track are stationary.
- Racing cars may only be controlled remotely from the designated wooden platform.
- All cars on a racing track must drive in the same direction at the same time.
- You may choose the driving direction.
- You must behave in a way that does not endanger yourself or others.
